We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not fit or live up to your expectations, we are happy to help. Please read our Returns Policy below. 

Return Policy
Our returns policy gives you the right to return any item until 14 days after you have recieved your order. If you, for any reason, wish to return your items, please return the item in the same state as you received it. 
We reserve the right to reject any item if it is damaged or in any way can’t be resold.

All returned items must not be worn, altered or washed and must all have tags attached.

Please enclose details with your name, invoice number and your intention for returning your product.

  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached
  • Please note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable 

Exchanges & Reclaims
In order to service you most efficiently, we no longer offer merchandise exchanges in the traditional sense.  With our free delivery*, you will get the right size or color fastest if you simply place a second order.  Once we receive your return, we will credit your account.

*Free Shipping may require a minimum purchase or a specific location.

All traded goods are covered by the danish buying law, which gives a two year warranty. is warranty does not cover items that are defect because of damage, improper use, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear.

Exchanges in Store
Items bought on can be exchanged in our stores. 

If you want to return a product bought online in one of our stores, the refund will be credited within 7 days at your preferred bank account.

Please bring a printed version of the receipt you received via email when you placed your order.

Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 2 business days as soon as we have received your goods in our office. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.  Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Legends. 

We are responisible for return shipping costs, if we have sent a wrong or defective item. Otherwise it is on your own account.
